Hey, i see you.

You’ve done everything right. Built the life. Checked the boxes. But deep down, something still feels off...

Maybe it’s your teenage daughter. She’s pulling away, shutting down, melting down or constantly on edge.
Maybe it’s you. You’re holding it all together, exhausted from being everything to everyone.

You're going through the motions of life You're just disconnected.

From her. From yourself. From the emotional safety you were never taught to build.

That’s where I come in.

I'm Kandace Stoneman

I'm a Speaker, Certified Life and Relationship Empowerment Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Consultant. Some call me as the Queen of Connection, the Emotional Decoder, or the Teenager Translator.

As the founder of Guide Your Mind, I support women, mothers, and teen girls who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in painful patterns. Together, we gently uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, working with both the mind and the nervous system to restore emotional safety, self-trust, and deep inner calm. My work helps clients feel at home in their bodies, anchored in who they are, and empowered to transform their relationships from the inside out with confidence, clarity, and connection.
